Profit and Satisfaction Aware Order Assignment for Online Food Delivery Systems Exploiting Water Wave Optimization

Online Food delivery, a specialized application of mobile crowdsourcing, has accelerated its popularity due to rushed urban lifestyle in recent times. The food delivery order assignment workers that maximizes the service qualities, such as maximization workers’ profit and minimization completion time enhance customer satisfaction at same time, is challenging problem. Existing works literature are limited either by focusing solely on minimizing or reduction cost incurred orders. In this paper, we develop framework for optimal orders multi-objective linear programming (MOLP) problem makes trade-off between worker satisfaction. Due NP-hardness above MOLP, polynomial solution been developed, namely WWOFooD, exploiting Water Wave Optimization, meta-heuristic algorithm. WWOFooD not only explores ways enhancing quality customers, but also ensures giving additional incentives providing faster reliable services. results simulation experiments depict offers competitive well significantly enhances compared state-of-the-art works.
